CHAPTER 10 | PUBLIC WELFARE PROJECTS & APPLICATIONS
Public welfare projects are an important way for the Foundation to fulfill its mission. Through resource integration, social participation and professional management, projects can respond to social needs and create long-term value.
Individuals, schools, businesses, community organizations, public welfare institutions and other organizations aligned with the Foundation’s purpose may submit applications according to the relevant requirements.
Applicants submit a proposal and supporting information. The Foundation evaluates the application according to its review mechanism and then arranges resource matching and implementation.
Evaluation considers project authenticity, social need, public welfare value, execution capacity and resource allocation. Supported projects are implemented according to plan and followed through progress tracking, outcome recording and effectiveness evaluation.
